We want you to be satisfied with your EERO purchase and we also want to provide you with excellent customer service.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information and photo evident of the damage.
You may return new, unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please return your package to:

However, we do ask that you pay shipping for the returns. If the return is a result of our error, such us you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.
You will be notified via email that we have received your return and also if the refund has been approved or rejected. If it is approved, your refund will be process and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
